The Marketing Coordinator will act as the operational backbone of the marketing team — ensuring all campaigns, property launches, and marketing activities are executed efficiently, on time, and in line with the Square One brand. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow from execution into strategy, with exposure to real estate marketing, digital campaigns, and investor-focused positioning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing landing pages, website content, and real estate platform listings (Bazaraki, etc.), ensuring accuracy and up-to-date visuals
- Creating and optimizing Google Maps listings and writing SEO-focused blog articles
- Coordinating property launches — assets, timelines, listings, and internal alignment
- Supporting newsletters (Mailchimp/HubSpot) and liaising with PR agencies for content distribution
- Managing marketing materials (CGIs, brochures, floor plans, videos, signage) from production to delivery, ensuring brand consistency
- Tracking performance across email and listing platforms; supporting internal marketing reports
