Product Marketing Manager, Domains & Applications

Our Domains & Applications team is responsible for four vital parts of this ecosystem:
- Domains: empowering users to secure their online identity and brand foundation.
- Business Email: enabling users to establish professional credibility with reliable, integrated email.
- Acuity Scheduling: helping businesses streamline appointment booking and client management.
- Unfold & Social: enabling creators to design, publish, and manage social media content.
We're looking for a strategic Product Marketing Manager to join this team, flexing across these businesses to shape how we position, launch, and scale features that fuel customer success. You'll report to our Director, Domains Marketing and work hybrid from our NYC Headquarters office or remote from an approved state.

Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for new features across Domains, Scheduling, and Social.
- Define target personas, craft compelling messaging, and lead integrated launch campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Shape Positioning & Messaging
- Own the product voice across these businesses, distilling technical details into clear, impactful stories that resonate with diverse customer segments.
- Ensure messaging reflects both individual product value and cross-product synergies within the Squarespace platform.
Fuel Customer Growth & Engagement
- Identify and unlock cross-product adoption opportunities (e.g., connecting Domains with Websites, Scheduling with Commerce).
- Partner with CRM, Growth, and Lifecycle teams to surface timely product adoption moments across the customer journey.
- Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, and Lifecycle teams to amplify reach and engagement.
Influence Product Development
- Surface market and customer insights to inform product roadmaps.
- Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and performance reporting to influence prioritization.
- Advocate for customer needs in roadmap discussions with Product and Design.
Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives
- Work with Registry partners and co-marketing teams to amplify Domains adoption.
- Collaborate with Product Analytics, Customer Insights, and Creative teams to deliver impactful experiences across campaigns.
- Partner with global teams to ensure campaigns and positioning resonate in international markets.
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, product management, or go-to-market strategy within a SaaS, consumer tech, or digital marketing context.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and adoption-driving initiatives.
- Strong ability to connect the dots between customer insights, product roadmaps, and marketing execution.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills β able to distill complex concepts into clear, customer-facing narratives.
- Data-driven decision maker with experience using tools like Looker, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms.
- Experience collaborating with external partners (e.g., registries, resellers, or third-party vendors) a plus.
- Familiarity with the Domains, Scheduling, or Social industries is a bonus, but not required.
- A growth mindset, adaptability, and passion for empowering creators and entrepreneurs.

Cash Compensation Range: $115,500 - $203,550 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
