With SQUIRE, we provide custom-branded tools, resources, and guidance to help barbers of all stages and experience levels attract and retain more customers, efficiently manage their shop operations, and increase their revenue.
Founded in 2015, SQUIRE is trusted by barbers in 4,000+ shops in more than a thousand cities around the globe. SQUIRE enables barbers everywhere to unlock their full potential both as artists and as entrepreneurs.
As a Product Designer at SQUIRE, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging experiences for our suite of barber management and booking products. You'll help simplify complex workflows, contribute to evolving design systems, and ensure consistency across platforms. You'll participate in user research and testing to learn directly from barbers and their clients, translating insights into clear, effective product solutions.
If you're passionate about turning complexity into clarity, crafting intuitive user experiences, and growing as a designer within a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply—even if you don't meet every qualification listed.
