Design Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of creative and design projects within the Design Hub. This role ensures structured workflow management, efficient task allocation, and seamless collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time. It focuses on maintaining visibility, accountability, and consistency across multiple parallel projects while ensuring proper documentation and archiving practices.
Establish clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables based on briefs and business requirements. Structure and standardize workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency across all design projects. Translate briefs into actionable plans with defined milestones and responsibilities.
Assign tasks to designers and relevant stakeholders based on capacity and priorities. Monitor workload distribution and optimize resource utilization across the Design Hub. Ensure alignment between Traffic Manager direction and execution teams.
Track project progress against timelines, identifying risks, delays, or bottlenecks. Ensure timely delivery of all creative outputs while maintaining quality standards. Provide regular status updates and escalate issues when required.
Act as the central coordination point between creative, marketing, and other business units. Maintain clear communication channels to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables. Support cross-functional collaboration to resolve dependencies and challenges.
Ensure all project documentation, assets, and versions are properly maintained and archived. Enforce structured documentation practices across all projects. Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and workflow systems (Zoho, Figma, etc.).
