Role Overview
The Product Owner defines, prioritizes, and manages digital-platform features that drive value, usability, and alignment with the organization's transformation roadmap. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, the PO works closely with stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and development teams to ensure clear requirements, efficient Agile delivery, and high-quality releases.
Key Responsibilities
• Product Vision & Roadmap
Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and releases in line with business goals
Refine priorities based on feedback, analytics, and operational performance.
Ensure planned initiatives deliver measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Requirements & Backlog Management
Own and manage the product backlog in Azure DevOps, translating requirements into actionable user stories and EPICs with acceptance criteria.
Conduct wireframing and story-mapping sessions to validate features and workflows.
Balance business needs, user experience, and technical constraints while maintaining Agile readiness standards.
• Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership
Lead sprint ceremonies for planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and reviews and ensuring clarity of sprint goals and timely delivery.
Collaborating with Scrum Masters and technical leads to remove impediments and monitor velocity using Azure DevOps dashboards.
Support QA and DevOps teams through UAT, release readiness, and retrospective reviews.
• Technical & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with architects and developers to confirm feature feasibility, API and data-model alignment, and integration dependencies.
Participate in design and deployment reviews to maintain system integrity and traceability.
Document technical workflows and data exchanges across front-end, middleware, and back-end systems.
• Stakeholder & Performance Management
Act as primary liaison between business, technical, and design teams, managing expectations and ensuring transparent communication.
Conduct demos and workshops to gather feedback and validate deliverables.
Define and track product KPIs (adoption, usability, ROI) using analytics dashboards to guide prioritization.
Promote innovation, data-driven decision making, and iterative improvement across teams.
