To support the strategic goals of the Brand and Marketing team by managing the operational backbone of marketing delivery. This includes optimising marketing processes, overseeing marketing systems and data governance, and enabling performance reporting and compliance. The role focuses on improving efficiency, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
First Degree in Marketing required or Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 5–10 years' experience across the Brand and Marketing value chain, with a strong focus on Marketing Operations. Proven track record of enabling marketers to deliver exceptional results through operational excellence with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional marketing operations in large, matrixed organisations. Experience managing integrated marketing systems and platforms i.e CRM, DAM. Exposure to enterprise-wide service governance and cross-entity operating models, including stakeholder alignment, intercompany service agreements, compliance frameworks, and strategic performance reporting.

Technical Competencies: Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud or similar, Ability to interpret campaign performance data and apply multi-touch attribution models, Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools and automation workflows, Understanding of POPIA, GDPR, and consent management platforms, Ability to manage data access, usage, and storage in line with enterprise risk and compliance requirements (Data Governance).
