You will undertake tasks under the mentorship of a Senior Designer or Architect. While licensure is not mandatory, it is anticipated to be among your short-term objectives.
Your key responsibilities include:
You are able to support multiple Project Managers across various projects simultaneously. You possess a general understanding of accessibility codes, life-safety codes, building construction systems, methods, materials, and industry standards. You are comfortable working independently and taking direction, while proactively taking appropriate actions without constant supervision. You manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively. You are a collaborative team player with clients, project teams, and contractors. You are a strong communicator. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, InDesign, and Photoshop; experience with Lumion, SketchUp, and Newforma is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Three years or more of relevant experience. LEED Green Associate or LEED AP certification preferred. This role typically involves working in an office environment, using computers, and remaining sedentary for extended periods. Depending on the assignment, remote work may be an option for up to two days per week.
