Do you have a passion for engineering and a desire to make a real difference? We are looking to appoint Design Managers to support major regulated water programs across the South of England. This is your chance to lead and develop project teams, work on exciting water projects, and partner with top water clients across the UK.
As a Design Manager within our Major Projects community, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of major projects. You will oversee all aspects of delivery across major projects, holding roles that may include delivery of design & build projects, detailed design delivery, and owners engineer services. You will identify innovative and sustainable solutions, work collaboratively with the client and other partner organizations, plan technical delivery, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
You will have prior experience of working in a role where you have provided design leadership on major projects. You will most likely be from a technical background – either technical engineering, construction management, environmental or other consulting backgrounds. You will hold qualifications in engineering or project management with an understanding of large and complex construction / engineering projects, in particular within water or related infrastructure sectors.
