As a Mechanical Designer, you will work with guidance and direction on tasks and smaller projects, and as a team member of a larger project under the guidance of a Senior Engineer or Project Manager. Work consists of advanced mechanical design for the built environment including but not limited to HVAC, piping and plumbing, and the use of digital practice technology such as Revit as well as mechanical engineering specific computer applications. You will participate in the evaluation, recommendation, and specification for engineered systems or products for a project verifying compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards/practices.
Stantec offers a hybrid home/office work environment, and expects team members in one of our Puget Sound offices at least 2 days a week or more for all-staff meetings, project-related team work sessions, client meetings, and employee engagement functions.

Locations in WA, DC & Various CA areas - Min Salary $77,600.00 - Max Salary $108,700.00
In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
