Join a Top 10 global design firm in our Texas Buildings practice that provides Interior Design, Architecture, and Buildings Engineering services. Our Plano, Texas office is seeking a Plumbing Designer. As an integral member of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) team, the Plumbing Designer has the knowledge and ability to design a broad range of plumbing systems and fire sprinkler systems to produce design documents, from conceptual design to construction documents.
5+ years' relevant experience designing plumbing system components, plumbing fixtures, and equipment. Associate Degree in Drafting/Design or equivalent from an accredited college or technical school or equivalent experience or accreditation. Certified Plumbing Design (CPD) credential desirable but not required.
Stantec offers a flexible work schedule policy. Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.

In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
