We're seeking an Administrative Professional to join our Program & Construction Management (PMCM) Buildings team! In this dynamic role, you'll play a critical part in supporting project administration, controls, and marketing efforts. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and project teams to produce compelling proposals, presentations, and communications that help drive PMCM's financial and market success. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced deadline driven environments, and excels at managing multiple priorities while communicating effectively and contributing as a proactive team player.
Post-Secondary education in business administration, marketing, communications, visual design, or similar. Minimum 5-8 years experience performing a similar role. Experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction or PMCM services industry is an asset Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.

Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
