Staples is business to business. You are what binds us together. As a Quill's in-house agency, we are responsible for bringing the Quill brand to life. Working across all parts of Quill to support the organization in strategizing and delivering striking digital, web, print and social content. As we look to elevate our creative product and transform into a world-class agency, we are looking for a designer to join our team and help be an integral part of our creative. We are seeking someone who is passionate about design, a stickler for details and able to take creative direction and run with it.
This position is a minimum of four days in the office with flexibility for remote work on Fridays. This position is based out of the Quill Corporate facility in Lincolnshire, IL.
Target Start Date: June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (11-week program)
Intern Pay Rate: $21 per hour

What you bring to the table: The intern candidate will be joining our creative team. You help design and create digital marketing materials for social media and other platforms. You will support the Quill brand guidelines in their day-to-day work and have a clear understanding of the Quill customer.
Candidates should be familiar with Adobe Suite, Figma, and other graphic design applications. This internship role will be involved in all aspects of Quill's Agency group and work across all aspects of the company.
You will receive an must understand the scope of each project request and how it impacts schedules, objectives, and deliverables. Candidates should be able to produce high-quality materials while adhering to deadlines and high quality creative excellence.
