The Production Screen Printer is responsible for setting up and operating manual and automated screen-printing presses to produce high-quality printed products with precise artwork placement. This role ensures accurate reproduction of designs by inspecting samples, maintaining quality standards, and keeping accurate production counts. The operator collaborates with team members throughout the printing process, follows all safety procedures, and supports additional production tasks as needed to meet daily goals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Print products with accurate placement.
• Set up basic and complex jobs on automated and manual printers.
• Inspect product in screen print for quality.
• Check hard card or repeat samples for correct reproduction of art.
• Keep accurate counts.
• Assist other positions with screen printing process as needed.
• Adhere to all safety procedures while performing job duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table

• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions and write identifying information.
• Demonstrated and proven ability to be reliable with attendance and job related commitments.

Qualifications

What's Needed - Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of training, education, and work experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, push/pull and twist.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

What's Needed - Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment.
