Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Information Technology Technical Services 1, M-4, the Technology Analyst 2 (Product Management), SG-25, will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation and enhancement of secure and efficient customer IT products and services to meet client agency business needs. The position will collaborate with business managers and IT professionals to understand business requirements and leverage existing IT products and services to help client agencies enhance their interactions with customers. It will analyze business processes and customer interactions to identify areas of improvement and suggest suitable ITS product and service solutions.
Specific duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Minimum Qualifications:
Six (6) years of information technology experience, two (2) years of which must be within the discipline of product management.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

If eligible, positions located in New York City will receive an additional $3,400 downstate adjustment location pay with regular annual salary. Positions located in the Mid-Hudson will receive an additional $1,650 adjustment location pay.
