About the Role: We're looking for a Packaging & Print Collateral Designer who thrives on creating crisp, stylish designs with a contemporary edge. You'll redefine the look of our packaging and printed materials to reflect a sleek future state—ensuring every guest touchpoint feels elevated, intentional, and unmistakably Steak 'n Shake.

Responsibilities:

• Design modern, sophisticated packaging with minimalist graphics, refined typography, and impactful color palettes.
• Create high-end point-of-purchase (POP) materials for both dine-in and drive-thru, emphasizing elegance and clarity.
• Produce upscale print collateral including promotional flyers, loyalty cards, recruitment materials, and tray liners aligned with a premium brand experience.
• Prepare meticulous, production-ready files that ensure flawless execution across franchise and corporate locations.
• Support the design team in campaigns that celebrate a new era of Steak 'n Shake.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in packaging and print design, with a portfolio demonstrating modern, clean design sensibilities.
• Deep understanding of print production, dielines, materials, and finishes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
• Ability to transform traditional materials into sophisticated, design-forward assets.
