Marketing Intern

We are looking for a highly qualified intern to join our marketing team. This team strategically supports a national sales staff in a rapidly growing industry, and seeks an intern who can excel in wide variety of marketing responsibilities.

This intern should be prepared to work in a team environment and possess high leadership abilities. The intern will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing while gaining beneficial leadership skills.

Responsibilities

1. Work with marketing team and vendors to create and evaluate social media efforts, e-mail campaigns, on-line promotions, and traditional print advertising etc.
2. Perform analysis of marketing and sales data through Salesforce.com and other platforms
3. Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
4. Research and write content for website, advertising, and public relations media outlets
5. Assist in implementing strategic sales and marketing processes
6. Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials

Qualifications

We are looking for a local undergraduate student who is majoring in Marketing or related field. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web and social media. Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite, namely Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is preferred. Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, namely Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, is a bonus. Candidates who possess strong leadership capabilities will be highly considered. Paid Internship: Full Time & Per Hour. Limited Travel: (All expenses paid for).
