Gas Marketing Administrator

Administrative Partner Opportunity

Stewart's Shops is looking for a new administrative partner to add to our Gas Marketing Department at our Distribution & Manufacturing Plant in Saratoga, NY. Our new partner will play a crucial part in the coordination and distribution of gasoline to 350+ shops.

Duties:

• Ordering and coordinating fuel dispatch to 350+ Fuel Locations.
• Communicating with shops regarding gas prices, required maintenance, and environmental compliance issues.
• Data entry for various types of information such as accounts payable and receivable.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Excellent math and analytic skills required.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Outlook.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Must have the ability to multi-task, self-motivate, and be detail oriented.

Schedule:

Typically, Monday through Friday schedule but does include shared on-call responsibilities and a weekend rotation. Competitive pay based on experience.
