Position Summary: At the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager oversees the daily operations of the Marketing department. This includes database management, special events, internet marketing, entertainment, building promotions, and offers.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on the development and execution of the property Marketing plan.
- Build promotions and offers within our systems.
- Verify direct marketing efforts for accuracy.
- Traffic orders for events and promotions to ensure all items arrive on time.
- Maintain monthly reporting and analysis for marketing and promotions.
- Manage and assist in the implementation of all marketing campaigns, tournaments, and events.
- Coordinate the execution of direct marketing (direct mail/email/other) campaigns and maintain deadlines.
- Work closely with corporate marketing and/or outside vendors with concept development and graphic design for all projects.
- Identify PR opportunities that we reinforce the property's position in the marketplace.
- Responsible for the development and execution of sales and revenue objectives for the casino host and promotions team.
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and adherence to gaming license requirements.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsible for supervising Casino Host(s) and Promotions Coordinator(s). Must carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior Marketing experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a level II Missouri Gaming License.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Basic computer skills.
