As Director, Product Initiatives & Programs you will play a key role in scaling and supporting our Product Management organization as we maintain and expand our portfolio of solutions. You will work closely with product leadership to bring clarity, coordination, and operational excellence to a complex and fast-moving environment.
You will lead and support initiatives that drive alignment across engineering, growth, services, and go-to-market teams. Your work will directly impact how we deliver against our roadmap, bring forward new capabilities like AI across the portfolio, and grow the business. You'll manage key operational cadences, own executive reporting, and serve as a right-hand operator to the SVP of Product.

What we're looking for:
Estimated Salary Range: $150,000 - 170,000 Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role. The preferred location for this role is in Chicago, IL or St. Louis, MO. We value our people spending time together and have campuses hosting in-person events located in both cities. We are truly a hybrid environment with all team members experiencing the flexibility to work from home.
