We're looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and scale our student nurturing product — bringing students back to our platforms and taking our conversion-rate optimisation to the next level.

You will own the full nurturing funnel (email, WhatsApp, push, SMS), design and run experiments, and translate insights into campaigns that boost engagement and conversion. This is a role for someone who loves both strategy and hands-on execution, thrives on experimentation, and measures success by real impact.
Your first-year goals
Scale AI-powered communication (email, chat, messaging) to guide and support students throughout their study abroad journey off-portals.
Experiment and scale data-driven advanced targeting to improve CTR, bring students back to our portals, and increase enrolments.
Own the email & messaging nurturing strategy — from planning to advocacy — to build stronger student relationships and drive organisational impact.

The Student Marketing team (10 people) led by Antonia — a no-nonsense, energetic leader who reports directly to the CTO. We work in a flat structure with short lines of communication: a good idea can be approved and tested the same week.
