Salesforce Enablement Team Leader

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword — it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

This position can be located in London or another large EMEA Hub (ie. Dublin, Paris, Madrid, Milan, Amsterdam, Munich, etc). This role is a crucial member of the OCOO team, directly reporting to the Senior Director of MuleSoft Sales Enablement and embedded in the EMEA sales organization.

MuleSoft's Enablement team is transforming how we sell, enabling much larger average selling prices and higher win rates by delivering insight and ultimately transformational outcomes to customers (like streamlining complex integration and enabling rapid digital innovation). Our primary objective is to improve productivity, which is arguably the most important metric in our business. We don't just roll out a model that is already proven…we are defining the model. In the process we're helping a large number of individuals accelerate their careers.

We are seeking a Senior Manager or Director-level Enablement Business Partner to lead a team of sales enablement business partners whose mission is to maximize the success of the EMEA sales organization. You will be the strategic architect of sales productivity and growth for one of our most dynamic and diverse markets. Your mission is to equip our EMEA sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to excel, with a sharp focus on driving MuleSoft's growth.

This is a leadership role where you will act as a trusted advisor to the EVP of Sales, EMEA sales leadership, and cross functional partners, while also leading, inspiring, and developing a dedicated team of enablement professionals. You will translate global strategic priorities into targeted, impactful enablement programs for the region. Your success will be measured by the tangible impact you and your team have on sales performance, productivity, and the overall success of the MuleSoft business in EMEA.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Recruit, coach, and develop a team of Enablement Business Partners. Foster a collaborative environment, set clear goals, and empower your team to deliver their best work and grow their careers.
  • Strategic Partnership with Sales Leadership: Embed yourself with the EMEA sales leadership team as a trusted advisor. You will diagnose business challenges, identify performance gaps, and co-create a data-informed enablement strategy that drives accountability, operational rigor, and forecast predictability.
  • Design & Execute the EMEA Enablement Strategy: Owning the "think global, act local" model, you will design, build, and execute the comprehensive enablement plan for the EMEA region. You will tailor global programs and create bespoke initiatives to meet the unique needs of our diverse markets, supporting Account Executives (AEs), Solutions Engineers (SEs), and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster deep partnerships with key stakeholders in Sales Strategy, Sales Programs, Product Marketing, and Operations. By aligning as one team, you will ensure the delivery of holistic, scalable solutions that address regional priorities and "hot spots."
  • Deliver High-Impact, Leader-First Programs: Champion our "leaders-first" philosophy by delivering targeted enablement that empowers sales managers to be exceptional coaches. You will equip them to effectively lead their teams through key sales motions, plays, and product launches.
  • Measure and Communicate Impact: Go beyond activity metrics to focus on real business results. You will define success criteria, analyze performance data, and regularly communicate the impact of your enablement programs on key business drivers like pipeline creation, sales cycle velocity, and ACV (Annual Contract Value) and NNAOV (Net New Annual Order Value) attainment.
  • Champion a High-Performance Culture: Foster a culture of trust, curiosity, continuous learning, and inclusivity within your team, fully aligned with our core values. You will be a key driver building and developing a highly engaged, results-oriented team.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales strategy, or sales leadership, preferably within a high-growth enterprise software (SaaS) environment. Significant experience supporting the nuances of the EMEA market is required and sales experience is preferred.
  • People Leadership: Proven experience in people management, with a track record of successfully coaching, developing, and leading a high-performing team to achieve its goals.
  • Executive Communication & Influence: Demonstrated executive presence with exceptional influencing skills. You are a compelling and confident presenter, comfortable engaging large audiences (both in-person and virtually) from senior leadership to individual contributors.
  • End-to-End Program Expertise: A proven track record of producing and hosting impactful educational events, driving the adoption of new methodologies, and rigorously measuring the business impact of enablement programs.
  • Dynamic Execution: You operate with flexibility and a high sense of urgency, able to adjust on the fly to new demands. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can effectively manage complex projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior sales leadership, translating business goals into actionable enablement strategies.
  • Data-Driven: Expertise in designing and implementing measurable programs. You are comfortable with data and use it to diagnose problems, measure the impact of enablement, and quantify your team's contribution to the business.
  • Values-Aligned:
    • Integrity, demonstrating authenticity and radical candor.
    • Obsessed with Impact, prioritizing work that drives real business results.
    • Embody a Growth Mindset, bringing curiosity, an innovation-first attitude, and a passion for continuous learning (especially regarding the agentic AI future).
    • A natural Collaborator who builds strong, trusted partnerships to achieve scalable results.
