At Salesforce, our Product Marketers craft inspirational stories and deliver groundbreaking product demos to people around the world. We develop product messaging and positioning, go-to-market programs, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. Our success is defined by our ability to deliver relevant content that creates trials, sales pipeline, and ultimately, new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Product Launches: Support and execute major product launches specifically for Data Cloud Governance, ensuring a successful market introduction and delivery of key messaging.
  • Create Messaging & Positioning: Create and refine clear, compelling narratives, value propositions, and differentiated positioning, ensuring it resonates with our key personas.
  • Support Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to create effective training materials, pitch decks, FAQs, and other enablement initiatives that fuel pipeline and accelerate deal closure.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the subject matter expert for Data Cloud Governance, continuously monitoring industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform content and messaging.
  • Create & Deliver Content: Create and deliver high-impact content, including messaging documents, pitch decks, demo storyboards and videos, webinars, and blog posts to amplify the message globally.
  • Partner on Product Strategy: Partner closely with Data Cloud Product Management to help inform product investments that directly address customer needs and market opportunities for your product area.
  • Manage Analyst & Review Programs: Manage and execute our presence on key industry review sites, including Gartner Peer Insights and G2
  • Confidently deliver compelling presentations to internal and external audiences of all sizes, including executive leadership, customers, and partners.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, industry marketing or corporate marketing.
  • Demonstrable expertise in supporting and executing product launch plans.
  • Proven ability to create and communicate compelling messaging and positioning for complex technology products.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to internal and external audiences, including customers and partners.
  • Ability to create a range of marketing assets including demo videos, pitch-decks, and enablement materials.
  • Experience in creating strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and aligning with global stakeholders.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $190,900. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $190,900.
