Responsibilities & Impact

  • Partner with Product Management to understand product strategy and roadmaps, distill key functionality and value into core product positioning and messaging.
  • Roadmap our product strategy to life in launches, new releases, content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement.
  • Partner closely with campaigns, solution engineering, and other product marketers and drive cross-functional alignment on programs to drive pipeline.
  • Run demos
  • Develop succinct and effective sales training materials (training, FAQs, etc.), making it easy for non-technical sales to understand our complete suite technology.
  • Keep current with technology trends and incorporate new technologies into our keynotes and demos.

Required Skills

  • 5-7+ years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or solution engineering at a high tech company, or similar equivalent
  • Experience with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, customer service or homegrown solutions
  • Expertise in building product demos end-to-end, from building compelling narratives that accurately position our products and align to our corporate messaging, to owning the technical execution in demo videos and demo orgs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present in front of executives, vendors, partners, and customers
  • Consistent track record in defining/driving project execution with minimal guidance and performing well in a fast-paced environment
  • Phenomenal teammate with a proven track record leading and inspiring through influence
  • Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling positioning and messaging, succinct slide pitch-decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, iOS, APIs, Apex, Java (some mix), Design tools such as Figma.
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel to both domestic and international locations - up to 25% travel

Preferred Skills

  • Outstanding organizational skills to define and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a dynamic environment.
  • Video design and editing skills including the ability to record and produce polished demo videos using tools like Adobe Premier, Camtasia, or FinalCut.
  • Experience with the Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms.
  • Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Developer) and Trailhead badges a plus. As well as application development on the Salesforce Platform.
