The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of marketing initiatives that drive growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement within the construction equipment rental industry. This role ensures alignment across stakeholders by applying structured project management methodologies, with an emphasis on Agile/Scrum practices. The Marketing Project Manager will oversee timelines, budgets, and resources, while also managing procurement of print and promotional materials, coordinating vendor relationships, and maintaining the promotional inventory and fulfillment platform.
Key responsibilities include acting as project manager for cross-functional marketing initiatives, serving as ScrumMaster for the marketing team, managing project tracking, intake and analysis of new project requests, collaborating with marketing leadership, sales, operations, and external partners, developing and maintaining project timelines, procuring print and promotional materials, administering the promotional inventory management system, monitoring and managing budgets, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with company brand guidelines.
Position requirements include a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; ScrumMaster certification required; 3–5 years of project management experience; strong working knowledge of project management tools; Jira experience preferred; proven ability to manage multiple complex projects; experience in vendor management, purchasing processes, and inventory oversight; strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; and being highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
