Marketing Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Program Coordinator to join our dynamic and distributed marketing team. This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere in Colombia.

In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our marketing initiatives, providing essential support to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, loyalty programs, and sales-facing activities. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in a coordination or support role, possesses strong technical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple priorities is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing Program Managers in the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and other promotional activities.
• Compile data and assist in creating monthly reports to track the performance and results of various marketing programs.
• Manage and maintain organized digital asset libraries and sales collateral on our SharePoint platforms.
• Create, manage, and track marketing tasks and project tickets using Jira to ensure timely execution of requests (e.g., flyers, emails, promos).
• Monitor and manage dedicated program email inboxes, serving as a primary resource for inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a key point of contact for the sales team, providing support and answering tactical questions related to active marketing programs.
• Perform administrative tasks in our rewards portal, CRM, and business intelligence tools (QlikSense) as required.
