Syarah is on a mission to change how people buy their cars in Saudi and the Middle East. We offer buyers an end-to-end digital car buying experience where they can buy their next car from the comfort of their living rooms. Under the hood, we build systems to manage sourcing of cars, inspection, photography, merchandising, reconditioning, financing, insurance, shipping and many more. We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who truly understands user experience and puts the user journey first. You should have a strong sense of user-centered design, balancing functionality, usability, and aesthetics to deliver seamless digital experiences.

This role requires someone who doesn't just create designs but solves real user problems while keeping customer satisfaction at the core. If you have a passion for user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing, and if you believe that great UX is an art, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and engaging user journeys for our web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer feedback analysis to drive design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs that align with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and CX teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Advocate for customer satisfaction through data-driven and user-centered design principles.
• Continuously improve UX/UI based on user behavior, heatmaps, and A/B testing.
