We are seeking a Senior Product Owner with both strong business acumen and technical expertise to lead the strategic direction of data-driven initiatives at Sysco. In this role, you will collaborate across the organization to deliver impactful data products that align with Sysco's broader goals, ensuring both operational excellence and competitive differentiation in the marketplace.
As a leader in the Data Center of Excellence (COE), you will combine your deep understanding of data governance, protection, and privacy with a passion for solving complex problems. You will work autonomously while receiving strategic direction from the COE, driving value by translating business needs into technical solutions. This role will require you to think creatively about how data can be monetized and leveraged to help Sysco stand out in a competitive market.
BA/BS - Business, Math, Statistics, Analytics
MBA - Business, Math, Statistics, Analytics
8+ years of experience – 3-5 years as Product Owner, preferably in Data Analytics; or Sysco relevant experience
5-7 years as Product Owner, preferably in Data Analytics, or Sysco relevant experience
Statistics, Analytics, Data Science
English, Bilingual a plus
