We help thousands of Fintechs in the US and Canada instantly move money in and out of accounts and we are actively expanding into other countries. Our customers represent the hottest verticals in the financial service industry such as neobanks, challenger brokers, gaming and wallets. TabaPay is a highly profitable rocketship that processes billions of dollars each year.

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to support the continued growth and development of the TabaPay Portal — our primary interface for clients to manage payments, view reporting, and access essential services. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, sales and marketing to help shape the product roadmap and bring new features to life.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with product, engineering, design, and marketing to identify business opportunities and execute product roadmap
• Support sprint planning and ensure alignment across teams by writing clear and concise product requirements and translate them into Jira tickets
• Partner with PM and tech writer to deliver comprehensive product documentation
• Assist in internal product training sessions and product presentations to prospective clients
• Conduct research and competitor analysis to help inform product decisions and pricing strategies
• Support go-to-market initiatives by assisting in the planning of product launches, including marketing and customer communication efforts, to ensure successful adoption

Who You Are

• 2–3 years of experience in product management or product development
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
• Passionate about solving problems and delivering great user experiences

Bonus Points

• Experience working on B2B platforms
• Familiarity with writing product documentation
• Exposure to payments or fintech-related products

The pay range for this position is $100,000 for base pay; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits as listed below, dependent on the position offered. This position is based in our Palo Alto, HQ 2-3x a week.
