The Sr. Technical Product Manager II serves as a central driver across data product strategy, stakeholder management, and technical execution. Regularly engaging with Taco Bell Restaurant Operations stakeholders, they manage intake, prioritize requests, and ensure ongoing alignment. As the technical product lead for the Restaurant Data Platform, they bridge business and technical teams.
This role brings deep technical expertise in data and analytics products, enabling the TPM to provide a technical lens in stakeholder conversations and ensure solutions are grounded in practical data architecture and engineering realities. They play a critical role in translating business requirements into JIRA technical stories with sufficient detail for engineering teams to estimate scope and level of effort accurately.
Deeply embedded with engineering teams, they validate data, use SQL to ask informed questions and answer business inquiries, and guide development and testing efforts. This role leads agile ceremonies, manages backlogs, roadmaps, and status reporting, and plays a strategic role in shaping team workflows, balancing operational leadership with technical depth and process discipline.
Salary Range: $127,900 to $170,000 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
