Job Description

Your role will be to support the implementation of the strategic actions of the BU Vaccines product plan.

Responsibilities:

• Support in the preparation and follow-up of promotional material briefings with the brand agency;
• Support in the review of promotional materials with other departments;
• Follow-up on the production and distribution of these materials;
• Support in budget control;
• Support in events organized by the Marketing area in the VEEVA & Contratos Ariba systems;
• Support in internal processes such as purchase requests and approval of materials;
• Attend to the demands of the field team.

Pre-requisites:

• Be enrolled in higher education in the evening with availability to intern for a period of 2 years;
• Have availability to work in a hybrid model, being in the office located in São Paulo, Vila Gertrudes (South Zone), for 2 days a week and 3 days in Home Office (minimum of 8 days in the office/month);
