Qualifications

Profile sought

• Graduated from a Bac +5 (engineering or business school).
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, AMOA, or Business Analyst.
• Significant experience on a large account in the energy, transport, or banking/insurance sectors is a major asset.
• You master Agile methodologies and the Product approach and know how to explain their value and adapt them to the client context.
• At ease in hybrid or non-agile environments, you know the main principles of project management and the V-cycle.
• You are able to accompany your clients towards an approach focused on user value and prioritization even in a non-agile context.
• You are recognized for your rigor, curiosity, organization, and ability to analyze and synthesize.
• Excellent relational and communication skills.
• Desire to learn and develop skills in our clients' businesses.
