The Email Designer, CRM & Loyalty will own the visual design and user experience of all marketing and lifecycle emails within the Tao Group Hospitality CRM & Rewards ecosystem. This role is focused on building high-performing, on-brand email templates and design systems in Figma that bring guest data and personalization to life across campaigns and automated journeys.
Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
Design email templates and modules (promotional, lifecycle, transactional, loyalty) that are on-brand and optimized for mobile and desktop
Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma, including components, modules, and style libraries used across CRM campaigns.
Apply best practices for responsive email design, typography, hierarchy, and UX to drive opens, clicks, and conversions.
Translate analytics and campaign goals into intuitive, high-impact visuals.
Partner with marketing, brand, and data teams to ensure creatives align with customer lifecycle strategies.
Maintain a library of reusable components for rapid activation.
QA test all CRM creatives across devices and email clients.
Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned.
Education/working knowledge:
3–5 years of digital design experience (hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brands preferred).
Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM-friendly design tools (e.g., Stensul, Salesforce Content Builder).
Strong understanding of responsive email design, typography, and UX/UI for mobile.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email optimization is a plus.
