As a Sr Designer, Furniture & Lighting, you will: Lead Owned Brand product design and development for furniture and lighting categories, working under direction from design leadership to achieve overall product strategy and merchant objectives. You will design full lines that support specific categories, brands, or guest segments, leveraging deep expertise in 3D design, materials, construction, and manufacturing.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team, and tasks require for that day.
