Job Description

Your daily tasks:

  • Leading a team of Project Managers.
  • Leading the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Being the primary entry point for new initiatives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define and maintain the product identity, positioning, and messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Overseeing the creative development of promotional materials, ensuring they align with the product vision and resonate with players.
  • Working closely with the Dev Team to identify key in-game events and product updates, translating them into actionable marketing roadmaps.
  • Overseeing external production and collaborating with agencies from both creative and production perspectives.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to overcome obstacles and optimize delivery.
  • Identifying and escalating systemic process problems that require cross-team or leadership-level decisions.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in managing marketing projects.
  • Experience coordinating cross-discipline teams.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming industry & gaming trends, as well as target audience preferences.
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing/brand campaigns.
  • Experience working with briefs and stakeholders presenting product ideas, campaigns, and their results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Very good command of English.
