About The Role

Tecsys is looking for a Director, Marketing Campaigns Strategy and Performance. This role is responsible for defining the strategic direction, operational model, and performance standards of the marketing campaigns function at Tecsys.

This position sets the objectives, frameworks, and working methods that ensure marketing investments reliably translate into pipeline and revenue, not just prospect volume.

This role oversees the intersection of campaigns, brand, demand generation, and engagement, to function as a unified system capable of influencing buyer behavior, accelerating purchase intent, and driving measurable business results.

The ideal candidate has a sense for tracking prospects, is data-driven, and knows how to transform buyer behaviors and signals into sustainable and replicable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term vision, strategic framework, and success criteria for Tecsys marketing campaigns.
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into measurable campaign goals.
  • Establish guidelines for inbound/outbound mix, audience strategy, and channel selection.
  • Define planning, launch, measurement, and evaluation standards for campaigns.
  • Define account-based marketing (ABM) strategy for account segments.
  • Define a multi-channel engagement system covering awareness, intent, pipeline, and conversion.
  • Integrate brand building and lead generation into a cohesive approach.
  • Ensure events, digital programs, content, and partner actions are part of a global system.
  • Define the strategic role of partner marketing in the campaign architecture.

Performance Management and Pipeline Accountability

  • Define the performance model for campaigns (ROI, conversion, pipeline, revenue).
  • Implement a regular performance tracking cadence.
  • Translate analytics into actionable insights.
  • Present results during marketing QBRs.
  • Measure success by contribution to pipeline and revenue, not just lead count.
  • Analyze effectiveness across the entire buyer journey.
  • Use intent and engagement data to refine strategy.

Leadership and Organizational Development

  • Coach and develop campaign managers.
  • Define clear roles and success metrics.
  • Create a culture focused on performance and data.
  • Identify and address skill or process gaps.
  • Serve as a strategic coach for the team.
  • Supervise the partner marketing function.

Interfunctional Alignment and Executive Partnership

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, SDR, Customer Relations, and PR/Events teams.
  • Provide clear strategic direction.
  • Ensure strong support for commercial teams.
  • Participate in executive discussions.
  • Work with Digital and SDR to enhance pipeline generation.
  • Align event strategy with campaign strategy.
  • Align direct marketing and partners with GTM objectives.

Investment Strategy and Operational Discipline

  • Oversee budgets and priorities.
  • Evaluate campaign ROI.
  • Manage agencies and vendors.
  • Reallocate or discontinue underperforming campaigns.
  • Measure success by contribution to pipeline.

Market Watch and Strategic Evolution

  • Monitor marketing trends and buyer behavior.
  • Conduct strategic experiments.
  • Launch initiatives to improve marketing efficiency.
