Are you passionate about driving agility and maximizing product value? We're looking for an enthusiastic Atlassian Product Owner!

As the Atlassian Product Owner, you are a member of the Agility-Support-as-a-Service team, which aims to enable flow in the delivery of solutions to our customers. The Atlassian Platform is a foundational cornerstone in supporting this ambition.

You report to the Agility Support-as-a-Service Team Manager, similar to your colleagues working in the Team.

You combine your role as Atlassian Product Owner with a hands-on attitude, working with the team on continuously developing and improving the value delivered by the Atlassian platform to our users.

Your responsibilities as an Atlassian Product Owner:

• Define the Vision and Strategy: you provide clarity to the team and the Telenet key stakeholders about the product's vision and goal. You combine a strong customer focus (internally and externally) with an in-depth understanding of the value the Atlassian ecosystem can bring to the users and Telenet as a whole; and translate this into a mid-to long-term vision outlining the Value Proposition, and a roadmap of the evolutions of the platform for the upcoming quarters. You have an active role in preparing annual budgets and optimizing license requirements.
• Maximize Product Value: you are accountable for maximizing the value the Atlassian platform can bring to the Telenet organization. Building on the roadmap, and the immediate business and customer needs, you define - in collaboration with the team - the backlog and priorities.
• Active Stakeholder Management: you know the key stakeholders, both at Telenet and its partners. You establish working relations with the key stakeholders and the user community. You understand their needs, and translate these needs into the Platform vision and backlog. You actively communicate on roadmap and priorities.
• Continuous Improvement: you foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning based on metrics and data.
• Are a player-coach: as the size of the team is fairly small, we also expect the Product Owner to actively take ownership for specific development, system administration and configuration actions.

Our ideal Atlassian Product Owner:

• Established configuration and system admin experience with the Atlassian platform
• Demonstrated experience as product owner
• Strong communication skills both at the technical level and towards the business user community
