About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Product Intern to support our Product Team in the Order Orchestration squad which handles all systems for end-to-end shipments for Teleport. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development and learn how great products are built and improved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in testing new product features and updates before release
• Report bugs, issues, and usability concerns clearly and systematically
• Help prepare and maintain product documentation and test cases
• Work closely with the Product team and development team to ensure product quality
• Participate in team meetings, user feedback sessions, and sprint reviews
• Support in gathering user feedback and tracking common issues
