Visual Designer

We're looking for a Visual Designer to join our Brand & Creative team, the people behind how Teleport looks, feels, and connects across every touchpoint. You'll shape how our brand shows up across multiple markets, creating visuals that blend cultural relevance with global consistency and distinctively Teleport, from campaigns and digital content to meaningful brand experiences.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-moving environments and brings ideas to life with both creativity and intent. You understand how design shapes perception, simplifies complexity, and builds connection. You'll be based at our Wisma Capital A, Damansara Heights office and report directly to the Head of Brand & Creative.

Applicants must be Malaysian citizens. Visa sponsorship is not provided, and candidates must have the legal right to work in Malaysia.

You can expect your days to be dynamic and creative, no two days will be the same. You'll work closely with the Brand & Creative team, marketers, and other stakeholders to craft visual designs that shape how Teleport looks and feels across campaigns, markets, and touchpoints. Your work will balance creativity with clarity, ensuring every design helps the brand move faster, connect deeper, and stand out consistently across regions.

That said, the bulk of your working hours will involve:

Design and Creative Development

  • Develop and execute visual assets for brand, marketing, and campaign use across digital and print.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualise visuals that align with brand strategy and campaign goals.
  • Translate briefs and business objectives into compelling visual storytelling that connects with diverse audiences across markets.

Cross-Market Execution

  • Adapt designs for multiple countries, ensuring cultural relevance while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Work with translators and marketeers to localise designs in other languages when needed.
  • Deliver design toolkits and visual templates that enable consistent rollout across regions.

Quality and Innovation

  • Maintain a high standard of visual design, ensuring every deliverable is cohesive, polished, and on-brand.
  • Keep up with design trends, technology, and creative best practices, bringing new ideas to keep Teleport's visuals fresh and distinctive.
  • Contribute to evolving Teleport's brand identity by developing scalable design systems and creative frameworks.

Collaboration and Process

  • Partner with designers, producers, and marketers to streamline creative workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth communication between teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope.
  • Support creative reviews, feedback sessions, and quality checks before final delivery.
