Job Summary and Qualifications

The Consulting Product Analyst position will be responsible for the delivery and operations for new and existing data products; data product training and mentoring; leadership and oversight of agile execution and product lifecycle; development of solution vision and goals; responsible for ensuring and maintaining operational integrity and scalability of delivered data products.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Professional data products experience including data subject matter expertise, data strategy, and data system design.
  • Experience with large data systems, software development, and product operations methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative product data to measure and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Strong background working with complex data systems.
  • Ensure business partners have clear understanding of how data sourcing decisions can impact solution design and impact on key performance indicators.
  • Contribute toward data product delivery roadmap by advocating for customers.
  • Advocate for operational quiet within our data products.
  • Establishing objectives and key results (OKRs) to define measurable goals and outcome tracking.
  • Prioritizing delivery of the highest value solutions to customers and the organization.
  • Proactively identifying and removing blockers hindering advancement of product delivery/support.
  • Ability to rapidly explore new technologies to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Ability to exercise sound problem solving skills and deliver high value solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills.
  • Comfortable performing many project roles without concern of positional appropriateness.
  • Ability to influence strong personalities.
  • Lead, influence, and mentor team in agile projects.
  • Technical leadership and mentoring of products team members.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand business and technical goals to help teams across varied groups develop and refine technical strategy and solution.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of software and technical solutions.
  • Support hiring and professional development of new and existing software engineering staff.
  • Working knowledge and experience with key product development processes, particularly change management is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of EHR systems helpful: MEDITECH, Epic, and Cerner.
  • Practices and adheres to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement."

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a product analytics role required
