We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Marketing Manager with a strong background in product and SaaS marketing, digital marketing, and strategic communications. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving measurable customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will also bring experience in media relations, public relations, and event planning, contributing to a well-rounded and impactful marketing function.

What You Will Do In This Role

  • Serve as a key marketing liaison, influencing and aligning stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and maximize marketing impact
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to contribute insights and recommendations during strategic planning
  • Translate strategic marketing plans into actionable campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage the execution of marketing programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
  • Support go-to-market efforts for new product features and releases
  • Develop product messaging, positioning, and sales enablement tools in collaboration with Product and Sales teams
  • Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product marketing efforts
  • Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social media
  • Manage website content updates and performance tracking to improve user engagement and lead generation
  • Use analytics tools to define, track, and report on KPIs to measure campaign performance and recommend improvements
  • Utilize data insights to continuously monitor and optimize marketing strategies and initiatives for improved results
  • Create and manage content across multiple formats (blogs, whitepapers, videos, case studies)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging with company positioning
  • Assist in the development and distribution of press releases, media kits, and thought leadership content
  • Support media outreach and relationship-building efforts with journalists and influencers
  • Help manage internal communications and executive visibility initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, and customer meetups
  • Oversee event logistics, promotional campaigns, and post-event follow-up
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful event execution
  • Conduct customer and market research to support campaign development and product positioning
  • Analyze customer feedback and behavior to inform marketing tactics
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Provide marketing support for internal initiatives and cross-departmental projects
  • Manage external vendors and freelancers as needed to support campaign execution

What Qualifications You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product/SaaS marketing and digital marketing – Required
  • Proven experience in communications, media relations, PR, and event planning is highly preferred
  • CRM certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) are preferred but not required
  • Marketing Certifications in relevant areas (Digital Marketing, Social Media marketing, Content Marketing, SEO, etc.) are preferred but not required
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability to navigate evolving market dynamics and business priorities
