Revit Hvac Mechanical Designer
We are seeking a Revit HVAC Mechanical Designer for assignment in Portland, Oregon. The selected candidate will design and draft mechanical systems for semiconductor manufacturing, cleanrooms, data centers or other advanced manufacturing facilities.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
This position requires experience with Revit
This position can work a hybrid schedule in Portland
Responsibilities
- Lead design, layout and routing of industrial building mechanical systems
- Develop P&ID's, plans, sections and construction details
- Perform design tasks across planning, concept and detailed design
- Coordinate directly with clients, contractors and internal disciplines
- Apply expert knowledge of building mechanical systems and codes to ensure quality and accuracy
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years industrial building mechanical design experience
- 8+ years experience with AutoCAD
- 4+ years experience with Revit
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. Mechanical Codes, specifically the International Mechanical Code (IMC)
