About The Role And Our Team

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Vendor Experience zone within our global product marketplace. In this role, you will be an essential member of a team that is transforming the way wedding pros establish, manage and grow their businesses. You will help tens of thousands of vendors around the world - from creatives to SMBs to venue hosts - easily set up their storefronts and advertise on customer-facing products, meaningfully connect with engaged couples to bring their dream weddings to life, and delightfully monitor business performance alongside valuable insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• As a self-starter, you will manage the end-to-end design process for a clear problem, from ideation to execution, using a data-driven approach.
• You will collaborate with cross-discipline teams—including Product Management, Engineering, and Research—to solve user problems together.

• You'll collaborate across teams, iterating on products through continuous feedback and analysis while balancing business, technical, and UX constraints.
• Your work will refine our design system and ensure cohesive, polished experiences across the product ecosystem.
• You will contribute to the design strategy within your product area by deeply understanding what we're building and why, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

Successful Candidates Have

• Professional experience as a full-stack product designer, with work ranging from problem-solving and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
• A clear understanding of the problems you are solving and be comfortable with the ambiguity of finding a solution.

It's A Bonus If You Have

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field (or equivalent bootcamp or proven field experience)
• A stunning online portfolio that showcases thoughtful work and sophisticated design solutions for B2B, SaaS, or marketplace digital products
• A creative and problem-solving mindset, with strong critical-thinking skills
• Sharp attention to detail, and an understanding of how to integrate a brand into an experience
• Experience defining patterns and style guides, performing user testing, and building low to high-fidelity prototypes
• Proficiency in Figma, virtual whiteboard tools, and UX research tools
• An appreciation for how language can simplify, clarify, and bring life to an experience
• An understanding of software development and how to best collaborate with engineers
• A passion for research, with an understanding of how to balance qualitative feedback, quantitative data, and empathy to drive innovative, user-centric solutions
• Excellent communication skills

This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based in our New York City office. You'll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
