About The Role And Our Team

You'll be responsible for the go-to-market success of WeddingWire in the US—accelerating product innovation, driving differentiation from other TKWW brands, and exploring growth into new categories/adjacencies such as elopements. You'll partner closely with product and engineering to shape the roadmap and serve as the marketing 'quarterback' to a cross-functional squad, all while keeping a deep focus on the needs of both engaged couples and the wedding professionals who serve them. You'll also have a direct report whom you two will, together, build the international product marketing function from the ground up, while collaborating deeply with product, marketing, sales, and analytics partners across TKWW. You'll deeply understand our customer segments, product capabilities and brands to aide in growth across 7 countries, 5 languages. This is a rare opportunity to shape the trajectory of a global portfolio, lead a high-performing team, and drive product and marketing alignment across multiple countries and customer types—including both consumers (couples) and wedding professionals (pros).

Responsibilities

  • Own the product marketing strategy for WeddingWire, leading the differentiation strategy of other TKWW brands, and exploring category expansion.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new features, enhancements, and offerings tailored to both couples and wedding pros.
  • Leverage research, usage data, and competitive intelligence to deepen understanding of customer journey.

New Category Exploration

  • Lead cross-functional research and market analysis to evaluate product-market fit for elopements across key markets.
  • Shape the testing roadmap and differentiation strategy to win in this emerging wedding format.
  • Develop early-stage GTM hypotheses and partner with product to validate the opportunity.

International Product Marketing Strategy

  • Build the international product marketing function from scratch—define the right structure and processes to support localized go-to-market efforts across X countries and X languages.
  • Partner with regional leads, product managers, and marketers to localize positioning, messaging, and launch strategies in line with cultural, behavioral, and product nuances.
  • Identify, prioritize, and launch key products in new markets, supporting TKWW's global expansion plans. Connect US innovation and learnings with international stakeholder to scale and maximize wins

Customer Insights & Value Prop Development

  • Champion a customer-first mindset through segmentation, research, and journey mapping across all core customer types.
  • Define the global value proposition for our audiences, as well as tailored positioning for international markets.
  • Translate insights into product innovation, marketing strategy, and experience improvements.

Lead a Scrappy, High-Impact Squad

  • Build and mentor a lean, nimble team of marketers operating like a startup within TKWW.
  • Roll up your sleeves and operate with both strategic clarity and hands-on hustle. Drive alignment across global stakeholders in product, brand, lifecycle, comms, and analytics.

Successful candidates have:

  • 10–15+ years in marketing, with 8+ years in product marketing and international or multi-market experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in launching products globally, developing localized go-to-market strategies, and scaling product marketing capabilities internationally.
  • Experience in two-sided marketplaces, SaaS, or consumer platforms.
  • Passion for customer insight, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously, drive GTM strategy, and execute quickly in ambiguous or evolving spaces. Deep empathy for diverse customer types, from small business owners to digital-native consumers.
  • Data-driven mindset and analytical horsepower to support strategic decision-making.
  • Strong leadership presence, with the ability to influence across product, marketing, and executive teams.
  • Excel at "connecting the dots" and breaking down silos - effectively able to communicate complex ideas simply across all levels of an organization
  • Strong strategic chops with still an enjoyment to roll up your sleeves
  • MBA or international business experience is a plus.

Work Model:

This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. Starting September 15, 2025, you'll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
