Customer Marketing Manager

Are you a high-energy marketer who thrives on driving actual revenue rather than just "vanity metrics"? LaSalle Network has partnered with a software company looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end execution of expansion campaigns for their Cloud add-on products.

In this role, you won't just be "launching" campaigns—you'll be the orchestrator of their entire Go-To-Market (GTM) motion for existing customers. You will partner directly with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to translate product value into repeatable revenue streams.

The Role

  • Campaign Ownership: Own the full lifecycle of customer campaigns, from defining objectives and success metrics to identifying hurdles and acting as the single point of accountability for outcomes.

  • Strategic Targeting: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify target segments and expansion triggers (usage patterns, integration needs, etc.) to ensure campaigns hit real customer pain points.

  • Enablement: Collaborate with Product Marketing to build narratives and equip our Sales and CSM teams with the talk tracks, decks, and FAQs they need to close deals.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead weekly execution meetings and retrospectives, serving as the "problem solver" who removes blockers across the marketing and sales motions.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Partner with the CMO and CRO to track KPIs like pipeline creation and ACV bookings, using data to refine targeting and messaging.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, revenue programs, or GTM roles.

  • A Revenue Mindset: You focus on pipeline and bookings, not just top-of-funnel engagement.

  • Strong Operator Skills: You bring discipline and structure to cross-functional execution and can influence without authority.

  • Technical Familiarity: Experience with Salesforce, marketing platforms (like 6Sense or SalesLoft), and lifecycle tools.

  • Communication: The ability to confidently present performance data and campaign strategies to C-level leaders.

Position Details

  • Compensation: $90k-$110k base + bonus

  • In-Office Schedule: Chicago HQ – flexible working 3-4 days on site
