Digital Marketing Manager

We're partnering with a well-established consumer brand to hire a Digital Marketing Manager who will play a key role in driving D2C growth and optimizing overall ecommerce performance.

This position sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics and creative execution — ideal for someone who enjoys owning the business of the website while collaborating cross-functionally to improve traffic, conversion and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Own overall website strategy and performance across a consumer-facing ecommerce platform
  • Partner with external agencies to oversee paid media, development and technical execution (not hands-on in ad platforms or coding)
  • Drive traffic, conversion and revenue through ongoing site optimization
  • Support integrated campaign launches across web, email, paid and product marketing
  • Identify new tools, apps and opportunities to enhance the ecommerce experience
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Ensure compliance, privacy and accessibility standards are met in partnership with internal teams

Requirements

  • Experience in D2C ecommerce (consumer products preferred)
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort reporting on KPIs and performance metrics
  • Ability to manage agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Solutions-oriented and proactive — someone who brings ideas, not just execution
  • Comfortable balancing creative marketing initiatives with data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify or similar preferred)

This is a highly visible role supporting a priority D2C growth channel within a collaborative marketing team. Ideal for someone who wants ownership, impact and the ability to shape digital strategy in a meaningful way. This role has a budgeted salary of up to $90k with a 401k package, along with full benefits including health, dental and vision.
