Marketing Manager
LaSalle Network has partnered with a healthcare based marketing agency in seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support large-scale, multi-channel public health and community-focused campaigns. This Marketing Manager will lead projects from strategy through execution, working closely with creative, research, and account teams to deliver high-impact marketing programs that reach diverse and underserved communities.
The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of experience, preferably within an agency setting and/or supporting healthcare or public health initiatives. This Marketing Manager excels at managing complex campaigns, developing insights-driven strategies, and guiding junior team members while maintaining strong client relationships.
Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of public health and awareness campaigns.
- Conduct audience research using surveys, focus groups, and community insights.
- Develop strategic approaches, messaging frameworks, and creative concepts.
- Build paid media strategies across digital, out-of-home, point-of-sale, and community-based channels.
Execution & Project Management
- Oversee the production and deployment of high-volume creative assets.
- Partner with creative teams on organic social content, website updates, and supporting materials.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and cross-functional workflows.
- Ensure campaigns launch on schedule and meet quality standards.
Optimization & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to optimize results.
- Prepare reporting, metrics, and insights for internal teams and clients.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout project lifecycles.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide junior team members; provide coaching on project needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across strategy, creative, and account management.
- Serve as a steady, organized presence on fast-moving, multi-stakeholder campaigns.
Marketing Manager Qualifications
- 5–7 years of marketing experience; agency background strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting healthcare, public health, or government initiatives is a plus.
- Strong campaign strategy, audience targeting, and integrated marketing skills.
- Ability to manage large volumes of creative assets and complex project plans.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Comfort working with diverse communities across multiple cultural contexts.
- Bilingual experience or familiarity with bilingual campaigns is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams and disciplines.
Marketing Manager Work Environment
