Product Manager Opportunity

LaSalle Network has partnered with an innovative and fast-growing startup company looking to bring a Product Manager onto their team. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-energy environment where creativity, adaptability, and execution are key.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and can drive progress without needing rigid processes or detailed guidance. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to turn vision into reality and deliver features that make a measurable impact.

What You'll Do

• Drive execution: Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Translate vision into action: Refine high-level, creative input into clear, actionable product strategies.
• Own the roadmap: Define and prioritize product plans that align with company goals.
• Manage delivery: Collaborate daily with engineering to create timelines, manage deliverables, and keep leadership informed.
• Champion the customer: Use research, interviews, and analytics to ensure we're solving real problems.
• Measure success: Define KPIs, track performance, and iterate based on data and feedback.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of product management experience, with ownership of full product or feature lifecycles.
• Proven ability to execute in unstructured environments—you know how to move forward even when things are unclear.
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence—able to navigate high-energy interactions with professionalism.
• Comfortable pushing back on "moonshot" ideas and setting realistic timelines.
• Experience with web, desktop, and/or mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (flexibility over rigidity).
• Analytical mindset with a bias toward action and adaptability.

Bonus Points

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Background in a technical role or hands-on familiarity with software development.

This is a full-time, 5 days/week onsite position based in downtown Chicago. The role offers a base salary of $70,000–$120,000, depending on experience, along with a discretionary annual bonus. Employees receive 13 paid holidays and 2 weeks of PTO. Candidates may be required to sign an NDA prior to submittal.
