LaSalle Network has partnered with a grocery distribution company that is looking to hire a Contract Product Manager to support their Fulfillment team. This role will focus on the associate-facing web application within their proprietary associate shopping platform, Spectrum—a tool used by in-store associates to fulfill grocery delivery orders for services like DoorDash/Instacart.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact internal product that directly supports operational efficiency across retail locations.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for web and mobile applications.
• Lead a scrum team with support from a Senior Product Manager.
• Work closely with a team of developers (web and mobile) to plan, test, and release features that support drivers and store operations.
• Manage the product backlog, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on priorities.
• Execute on the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Draft and distribute release notes for internal communication.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in product management, product analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of scrum/agile methodologies.
• Experience working with both web and mobile applications.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Background in internal tools, fulfillment, or logistics platforms is a plus.
• Must be able to work onsite in Chicago 3 days per week.
