Senior Product Marketing Manager

LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing beauty brand in NYC in their search for a Senior Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you will advocate for a growing product portfolio and manage the full commercialization process for new products, limited editions, and promotional programs designed to drive brand growth.

You'll play a critical role in shaping the product portfolio and go-to-market strategy, supporting the development of a multi-year product strategy and innovation pipeline—balancing data, insights, and consumer intuition to identify opportunities, deepen brand equity, and deliver impactful launches. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with teams (including but not limited to supply chain, creative, sales, and product development) to ensure timely, effective launches in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role in NYC, onsite 2-3 days a week.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead new product launches from concept to shelf, including pricing, positioning, claims, packaging, creative, and legal/regulatory coordination
  • Manage portfolio strategy, SKU planning, sample development, and line edits
  • Contribute to a multi-year product strategy and innovation pipeline
  • Drive Stage Gate meetings and create kickoff and launch materials
  • Develop compelling launch presentations, GTM strategies, and financial analysis
  • Track product testing and claims budgets
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitive landscape, and portfolio performance to inform strategy

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in product marketing, brand management, or innovation within beauty, haircare, personal care, or related field
  • 1+ years managing or supervising direct reports
  • Proven track record leading multiple complex product launches end-to-end
  • Strong knowledge of innovation processes, concept development, pricing, positioning, claims, and GTM strategy
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience interpreting sales and market insights
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, and research platforms (e.g., NPD, Mintel)
  • Collaborative, creative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
