Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing team at The Parking Spot is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to help us elevate our customer communications and drive engagement with our loyalty program, the Spot Club.
In this role, you will conceptualize, execute, and analyze a cohesive lifecycle marketing plan across email, mobile push notifications, and loyalty promotions. You'll own campaign strategy and execution, while also supporting the Spot Club by creating promotions, managing audience segmentation, and evaluating results. The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the rest of the Digital Marketing team, working to ensure aligned messaging and smarter audience targeting across paid and owned channels.
